We are happy to accept a return for any product purchased on our website as long as the product is unused and returned within 30 days of purchase.

If the item you want to exchange for is 'out of stock', kindly email us. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and / or email us with any questions, so we can help!

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.

Custom and personalized orders


Due to the cost involved we unfortunately do not offer any custom services. Our apologies.

Care instructions


We recommend washing our tees on the delicate cycle with cold water and tumbling dry on low. Shirts that are printed on 100% cotton tees may appear slightly faded after washing; in actuality this is the cotton fibers underneath the black ink that tend to stand up after being placed in the wash.


My item arrived damaged.

Please know that we do our best to pull out any defects we’re able to catch but because it is a human system, we always miss a few. Please email us, simplykerene@gmail.com, if there is any issue with your order.

Please note that refunds are not accepted for digital products. All sales of digital downloads are final.
